Alvin Smith and his father, Alvin Sr, founded ADS Productions in 1982. Based in New Jersey the initial focus of ADS Productions (1982-1992) was to produce Weddings and Events. In 1992 Alvin Sr. retired from the business leaving Alvin Smith to solely run the company. From (1992 - present) our mission changed to Corporate/Broadcast Video Production.

ADS Productions has and continues to work with some of the world’s largest companies and entertainer’s (client list). ADS Productions has proven to have the talent, skills and experience necessary to produce small to large scale productions. Our staff and the production equipment we use are second to none and always on the cutting edge. Like our motto says, you should only choose ADS Productions “When Excellence Is Your Only Option”.

ADS Productions is currently the preferred production company in the northeastern part in the U.S. for The Word Network (a cable and satellite television network in over 25 million homes).

City High-Electronic Press Kit (EPK)
City High (Interscope Records) is an R&B musical group consisting of three members (Claudette Ortiz, Robbie Pardlo & Ryan Toby) which was recently one of the country’s hottest acts. ADS was commissioned to produce City High’s EPK, (click to see sample) which is a resume or bio for musical groups. This professionally produced video is sent to media outlets around the world to introduce the new musical groups. Evidently, it must have worked because City High has sold over a million copies of their debut CD (City High).
